Paralegals

Paralegals offer legal services in a selection of areas of law - areas in which it does not make economic sense to use a lawyer. These areas often include claims and defences in small claims court or provincial offences court and matters which come within the jurisdiction of administrative tribunals.

While paralegals' rights to appear on behalf of clients are more limited than a lawyer's appearance rights, pairing a licenced paralegal with a full service law firm allows Ecclestone Law to offer our clients the best of both worlds.
